We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Office Manager with experience in the commercial maintenance industry. This role is crucial to maintaining daily operations, managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring effective communication between clients and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • -Dispatch and manage daily work orders to technicians and vendors
  • -Coordinate schedules, service calls, and follow-ups
  • -Communicate with clients regarding service requests and updates
  • -Track job progress and ensure timely completion
  • -Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • -Assist with invoicing, billing, and administrative tasks
  • -Support operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • -Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management
  • -Strong work order dispatching experience (required)
  • -Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • -Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • -Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • -Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • -Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or dispatching software
