RLD Accounting & Tax Services Inc is a small, client-focused accounting firm located in Naples, FL. With a team of three, we pride ourselves on personalized service, strong client relationships, and accurate, detail-driven financial work. We’re looking for a Bookkeeper who can bring organization, accuracy, and great interpersonal skills to our close-knit office.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Accounting software (required)

Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

Assist with payroll processing and preparation of financial reports

Support tax preparation and filing tasks

Maintain and organize client files (digital and physical)

Communicate with clients regarding financial documents, updates, and deadlines

Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:

Experience with Sage Accounting software is mandatory

Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you'll regularly interact with clients

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and organizational skills
