Sanibel Restaurant seeking full time GM.
Must have significant experience in all facets of an operation (FOH, Labor, Food and Liquor Costs. Manage operational costs and have some admin experience(bookkeeping, daily balancing, Quickbook knowledge).
BOH knowledge is helpful. Salary based on a 50 hour work week.
THIS IS A VERY HANDS-ON POSITION. HELP BUS, FOOD RUN, PUTTING AWAY ORDERS, ETC., IS PART OF THE DAILY ROUTINE.
