Position Summary:

We’re hiring a high-performing Director of Sales (Logistics Software) to lead our national sales strategy. This role is mission-critical and will serve as the foundation for building a world-class sales organization. You’ll own top-line revenue growth, lead an expanding team of sales agents across the U.S., and directly influence our go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales strategy and execution for our logistics software products (TMS, WMS, and related platforms)
  • Build, scale, and manage a high-performing team of regional sales agents
  • Drive revenue growth through both strategic enterprise accounts and volume mid-market deals
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Leverage your expertise in transportation sectors such as Drayage, FTL, Warehousing, and Brokerage
  • Utilize sales technology tools (ZOHO CRM, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms) to drive performance
  • Represent Exuma at national and regional trade shows, building brand visibility and customer pipelines
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and IoT, and translate them into customer value
  • Manage remote teams effectively, fostering accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine pricing, positioning, and market expansion strategies

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in transportation or logistics
  • Proven success in selling logistics software (TMS, WMS, etc.)
  • Currently leading a high-performing sales organization
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets
  • Experience building and mentoring top-tier sales teams
  • Deep familiarity with the logistics ecosystem and evolving tech landscape
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style
