We're looking for a driven Service Manager with a high-energy personality and strong management abilities to lead our service operations in Orlando, FL. This full-time role pays $65,000 - $95,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives and growth opportunities! We also include a robust benefits package, including:

  • Experience as a service manager in any repair service industry
  • Experience delivering strong performance
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High energy personality with excellent leadership skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SERVICE MANAGER?

As the Service Manager, you'll be at the center of our field operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence every step of the way. Working alongside our CSR, you'll coordinate technician schedules, dispatch service calls, and make sure every job gets done quickly and correctly. You'll lead by example, offering hands-on training, technical guidance, and real-time support to our field team. You'll also oversee invoicing and maintain strong relationships with our customers by consistently delivering outstanding service.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
