Boutique Hotel Opening Soon | Palm Beach Island
This is not a back office cleanup role. This is a front line accounting seat at the moment a brand new boutique hotel comes to life.
You are not walking into a slow transition or a long training runway. You are walking into an opening. That means real work, real responsibility, and real visibility from day one. This is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and understands how hotels actually operate behind the scenes.
The team is open to temporary, contract, or temp to hire to move quickly and reduce risk on both sides. The priority is getting the right skill set in the seat, not forcing a rigid structure.
What You Will Be Walking Into
• A brand new boutique hotel preparing to open within days
• A lean finance function that needs hands on support immediately
• High expectations around accuracy, pace, and accountability
What Success Looks Like
• You can jump in immediately and act as a steady presence during opening
• You have real hotel accounting experience, not just adjacent industry exposure
• You are comfortable working inside Business Central and Opera without needing training
• You can manage the volume and complexity of an opening without getting overwhelmed
Who This Is For
This role is best suited for a Staff Accountant who has already lived inside a hotel environment and understands how different it is from clubs, restaurants, or other hospitality segments. You know the rhythms, the systems, and the pressure points, and you stay calm when things move fast.
