ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Inbound & make Outbound sales calls daily
- Proactively follow up on open contracts and perspective clients
- Manage an active task list of clients daily
- Assist with special projects as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum education is High School Diploma
- Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably at least 3 in call center or phone setting environment focusing on financial services
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Ability to communicate via phone and email with clients
- Ability to display empathy when dealing with clients
- Multi-tasking and ability to quickly learn new products and services
- Excellent documentation skills required
- Exceptional active listening
- Proficient computer skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Continuously requires close vision, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, twisting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, crouching and keyboarding.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Indoor office setting.
- Noise level moderate.
- Working in close proximity to others (not applicable to remote or work-from-home status)
