PrideStaff West Palm Beach is seeking an outgoing and personable Staffing Coordinator to manage our Light Industrial book of business as part of our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a moderate to high energy level, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to exercise good judgment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in staffing, entry level recruiting, sales, service, retail management or account management to make a meaningful impact in our community. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable for this role, but not an absolute requirement.

What You'll Do:

Recruit & Supervise Field Associates: Exercise independent judgment to recruit, hire, and supervise field associates, ensuring they are well-matched to client needs.

Client & Business Development: Provide proactive marketing support and client development to help clients achieve their business goals. This includes networking, building new relationships, and developing repeat and referral business.

Strategic Matching: Assess client needs and field associate skills to match appropriate personnel for specific assignments.

Operational & Legal Compliance: Maintain awareness of local, state, and federal employment laws, and assist with tasks like unemployment reporting and record management.

Problem-Solving & Support: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to manage people, service clients, and handle any issues that arise.
Requirements:

Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and associates.

Experience: Previous experience in staffing, sales, service, or account management is preferred.

Skills: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and email software.

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
