Regional Sales Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, within restoration.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Existing book of business relevant to commercial property restoration preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and clear driving record (no felonies or DUIs)
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events
  • Social media presence (especially LinkedIn) that reflects an outward sales focus
  • Stable job history, with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years


Regional Sales Account Executive Preferred Background & Skills


  • Restoration industry experience, or direct sales to property managers, facility operators, or related commercial clients
  • Background in operations for apartments, condos, or sales experience in flooring, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries
  • Community involvement and strong networking skills
  • Hunter mentality and KPI-driven approach


Regional Sales Account Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s footprint in the commercial property sector
  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and industry networking
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that address client needs
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships for sustained business growth
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and community events to enhance visibility and credibility
