Regional Sales Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, within restoration.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Existing book of business relevant to commercial property restoration preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record (no felonies or DUIs)
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events
- Social media presence (especially LinkedIn) that reflects an outward sales focus
- Stable job history, with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
Regional Sales Account Executive Preferred Background & Skills
- Restoration industry experience, or direct sales to property managers, facility operators, or related commercial clients
- Background in operations for apartments, condos, or sales experience in flooring, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries
- Community involvement and strong networking skills
- Hunter mentality and KPI-driven approach
Regional Sales Account Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s footprint in the commercial property sector
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and industry networking
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that address client needs
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships for sustained business growth
- Represent the company at industry conferences and community events to enhance visibility and credibility
