We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. This full-time position is responsible for packaging products, preparing shipments, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized to ensure smooth daily operations.

No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job or to gain hands-on experience in warehouse and packaging work.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Shipping

• Package products according to company standards.

• Label boxes, cartons, and pallets accurately.

• Prepare shipping labels and required documentation.

• Ensure all orders are packed, secured, and ready for dispatch.

Warehouse Operations

• Load, unload, and move materials and finished goods.

• Stock and organize raw materials, packaging supplies, and inventory.

• Track and record inventory movements.

• Monitor supply levels and alert management when restocking is needed.

General Support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Assist with preparing fabric materials and other items for production as needed.

• Perform other warehouse and packaging duties as required.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse/packaging experience helpful, but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Position Details

• Full-time role (40 hours per week).
