HVAC Service Sales Representative – Tampa, FL

Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Sales Representative to help grow our business in the Tampa area. In this role, you’ll build lasting customer relationships, close retrofit and service projects, and deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, present, and close retrofit and service project opportunities
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct site visits and assessments to support proposals
- Prepare estimates, finalize contracts, and resolve customer concerns
- Track progress in BuildOps and maintain a territory sales plan
- Stay current on HVAC industry trends and solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical service sales
- Proven success selling retrofit or maintenance projects
- Strong relationships in industrial or medical markets (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and service sales
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfortable traveling between customer sites daily
