We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) team members to join a manufacturing company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who want to grow within a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Available Positions & Schedules:
- Replenishment Associates

- First Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible)
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Pickers & Packers: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Administrative Assistant / Inventory Control / Receiving Clerk: Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Replenish materials and products in assigned areas.
- Assist with inventory handling, control, and organization.
- Receive, move, and store merchandise within the warehouse.
- Lift and carry materials weighing 25–50 pounds.
- Support general warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Experience with replenishment, inventory, or logistics preferred.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Important:
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be locally available.
