Duties:

  • Receive and store food from orders
  • Utilize proper FIFO standards for inventory
  • Provide school-type meals for groups of 100 – 500 per seating.
  • Prepare food to the specific standards provided by supervisors
  • Utilize basic kitchen equipment to cook food, including flat top grills, fryers, ovens, and steamers
  • Plate and serve food
  • Maintain all applicable local, state, and national standards of food safety
  • Clean and sanitize work areas

Skills:

  • Be able to follow instructions
  • Prepare from scratch High upscale food
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Have knowledge of and ability to utilize basic knife skills
  • Knowledge of proper use of kitchen equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Knowledge of basic food allergies

All employees must pass a level 2 background screening and drug test.
