Duties:
- Receive and store food from orders
- Utilize proper FIFO standards for inventory
- Provide school-type meals for groups of 100 – 500 per seating.
- Prepare food to the specific standards provided by supervisors
- Utilize basic kitchen equipment to cook food, including flat top grills, fryers, ovens, and steamers
- Plate and serve food
- Maintain all applicable local, state, and national standards of food safety
- Clean and sanitize work areas
Skills:
- Be able to follow instructions
- Prepare from scratch High upscale food
- Be detail-oriented
- Have knowledge of and ability to utilize basic knife skills
- Knowledge of proper use of kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Knowledge of basic food allergies
All employees must pass a level 2 background screening and drug test.
