This position is primarily responsible for creating and managing all education strategies to promote brand awareness and consumer engagement. This role focuses on building and validating reporting of education performance in addition to spearheading the strategic planning, execution and reporting of Wholesale Key Account education projects.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing analytics team to build and track education performance across all channels, including social media, email, print, SMS, podcast and retail.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing partners to strategize, execute and track placement of educational content within consumer and wholesale marketing campaigns and during all lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Provide the marketing team with monthly updates on education content and facilitate campaign cross-integration.
  • Serve as the intermediary between digital, marketing and education teams sharing requests and deliverables as appropriate.
  • Accountable for quality assurance and testing of all project related deliverables, such as marketing and promotion codes, toll-free phone numbers, emails, URLs, and both operational and performance reporting
  • Strategize, execute and manage high priority projects related to wholesale partners (ex. Flipbooks, video requests, workshops), RD groups (ex. Webinars, eBlasts, conferences) and Ketchum educational partnerships.
  • Manage projects and provide ongoing support on planning and execution of various health education marketing initiatives such as newsletters, quarterly email blasts, webinars, promotional campaigns, etc.
  • Track, update, and share the status of all education department projects and assignments, including individual team member deliverables to facilitate visibility and alignment of departmental resources on a weekly basis to the Education team.
  • Work with manager on resource allocation and reporting of such; includes current workload and forecasting based on upcoming (planned/ unplanned) initiatives.
  • Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, such as preparing weekly priority list for education projects andcreate and maintain organizational libraries on SharePoint. Accountable for the maintenance of the education SOP document library and creation of new SOPs.
  • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar preferred
  • 3+ years experience in a Marketing capacity preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills; excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Highly effective team player, and cross-functional collaborator; flexible, adaptive and desire to champion change
