Florida Sales and Marketing Group (FSMG) is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support and work directly with local business clients on behalf of T-Mobile for Business.
This role is perfect for candidates with backgrounds in:

Customer Service

Hospitality

Call Centers

Entry-Level Office or Client Support
No experience required — paid training provided.
What You’ll Do

Meet with and assist business customers in person

Help clients review and upgrade their wireless and internet services
-
Educate customers on T-Mobile for Business solutions (5G Internet, mobility, wireless plans)

Build strong, professional relationships with business owners

Identify opportunities to improve customer services and accounts
-
Represent FSMG and T-Mobile with professionalism and care
This is a customer-facing role with performance-based incentives, ideal for individuals interested in growing into sales or leadership positions.
