AllStar Insurance Services is a local independent property and casualty insurance agency in need of talented individuals with a positive attitude for our service team of professionals.
Qualified candidates for this position must demonstrate:
- Solid communication skills with phone, email and SMS
- Competency in managing a schedule of daily activities (open, close and set tasks)
- 5 years professional work experience
- 3 years experience in call center, CSR or reception
- Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
- Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
- 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance license preferred
- Motivated by Pay for Performance
Career Path - Successful candidates in this role within 1-3 years may decide to work as Licensed Customer Service Representatives or Agent Producers. Compensation then includes commission.
