Malibu Events is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our warehouse activities. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of shipments and orders
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Prepare and package items for events and clients
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely
- Assist in loading and unloading event equipment and materials
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification a plus)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
