Bluewater Media is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media Billing Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing precision with collaboration. This is a fully ON-SITE position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process invoices
- Track and reconcile billing discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain accurate records of billing schedules
- Assist with month-end close procedures and reporting
- Support audits and compliance checks related to billing documentation
- Respond to client and vendor inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with spreadsheets and data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively across teams
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or media operations
- Familiarity with media buying platforms and accounting software
- Experience in media, advertising, or entertainment industries
