What Youll Do
- Keep the practice running smoothly so patients and providers have a great experience every day.
- Lead, coach, and support a talented team while helping them grow and succeed.
- Make sure were staying on track with schedules, goals, and compliance standards.
- Oversee financial processes like collections, reporting, and billing support.
- Partner closely with doctors, patients, and regional leadership to keep communication clear and positive.
- Help hire, onboard, and train new team members so they feel set up for success.
- Foster a positive, team-first culture where everyone wins together.
What Were Looking For
- Experience leading a dental office (bonus points if youve managed a busy, multi-provider practice).
- A hands-on leader who inspires teamwork and accountability.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills you like to find solutions, not just spot problems.
- Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and compliance details.
- Great communicator who can connect with patients, staff, and leadership alike.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems.
