We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for sales, particularly in the home care and hospital industry. This role requires technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to manage accounts and drive sales growth effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will build relationships with clients, analyze their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth within the territory.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating features to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home care, hospital, assisted living facility, and skilled nursing facility sales environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members when necessary.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions that drive sales performance.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity with office software applications and CRM systems is preferred.

• A book of business is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
