Elite Business Insurance is seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Insurance Customer Service / Account Assistant to support our growing agency. Key Responsibilities
This position will play a critical role in day-to-day agency operations, including:

Answering incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

Processing payments and handling billing support

Bill pay follow-ups and payment processing follow-through

Creating, sending, and managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

Inspection follow-ups with clients and carriers

Audit follow-ups and supporting documentation requests

Data entry and policy updates in agency systems

Customer service support and ongoing account management

Handling endorsements (changes to policies such as vehicles, locations, payroll, etc.)

Helping support cross-sales and new business opportunities when identified
