ADMINISTRATION / TAX ACCOUNTANT

Seeking administration person with tax accountant / public accounting office experience. Seeking self-motivated professionals with a genuine desire to embrace this challenging career opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment. This is a full-time position (40hrs. a week).

Responsibilities include:

· Reconciliation of bank and company accounts.

· Preparation of outsourced bookkeeping for clients.

· Management of numerous client accounts.

· Requirements include:

· Preferable person working toward a bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Tax

· 5+ years prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation.

· Knowledge of Lacerte and QuickBooks is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.

· Proven track record of solving practical problems.
