Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while facilitating the sale of insurance products. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of various insurance options. The Insurance Agent will work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking.
  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support.
  • Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to promote insurance offerings effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes related to insurance sales.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully.
  • Background in retail sales is advantageous for understanding customer needs.
  • Proficient in sales administration processes and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
