Role Overview

As an SDR, youll focus on generating qualified meetings with business owners and decision-makers. This is a high-activity, performance-based role that rewards resilience, strong communication, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Make approximately 120+ calls per day, supported by multi-channel outreach
  • Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers
  • Accurately record and update CRM data
  • Collaborate with closers and founders to help convert leads into clients

Who You Are

  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Previous SDR/BDR experience is preferred but not required
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work remotely

Compensation

  • This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary.
  • $100 per qualified meeting that attends
  • Additional bonuses available for client conversions:
    • Direct Hire: 10% of revenue per client
    • Managed Talent: $500 per new client + $150 per additional seat
    • Enterprise/HR Department: $3,000 per signed contract
  • Performance incentives: Additional 20% bonus on monthly earnings after 5+ client closes in a single month
  • Earnings vary based on performance. Top performers have the potential to earn $10,000+ per month.
