Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective auto insurance clients.

Effectively present and sell auto insurance policies, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.

Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals.

Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and successful sales environment.


Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of proven success in auto insurance sales.

Active Florida 440 or 220 insurance license.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and quoting systems.

Prior experience with Allstate systems and processes is a strong advantage.

A proactive and positive attitude is a must.
