About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Miami and Port St. Lucie.
This position is responsible for performing sales activities both over the phone and in person at our company location providing quotes, taking orders, and delivering excellent service that showcases our value proposition to every customer.

If you have experience in PVF (Pipe, Valves & Fittings), Fire Risk, Industrial Supplies, or Pipeline Materials, this is a great opportunity to grow with an established and respected company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sales activities via phone, email, and in-person at the branch location or Client location.

• Quote prices, process orders, and proactively follow up with customers.

• Communicate our value proposition clearly explaining why customers should buy from us.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.

• Source, negotiate, and process purchases of special-order items.

• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain product knowledge on PVF, Fire Protection Systems, and Pipeline Products to effectively assist customers.

• Manage sales pipeline and document activity through CRM or internal systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales or counter sales experience (industrial, PVF, plumbing, or fire protection industry preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer service mindset with a professional and proactive attitude.

• Ability to read and interpret product specifications or technical data sheets.

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
