About the Role
You'll run B2B sales for one of the country's original e-commerce cabinet hardware distributors. We sell 60,000+ products hinges, drawer slides, organizers, lighting, and accessories from brands like Blum, Grass, Hafele, and Rev-A-Shelf to cabinet shops, installers, designers, and DIY customers nationwide.
This role owns the full B2B lifecycle. You'll build the pipeline, acquire and retain trade accounts, negotiate volume pricing and contracts, and collaborate with leadership on promotional strategy and margin targets. You'll also have direct leadership over our operations team leads because in this role, you're accountable for the customer experience from first touch through fulfillment. That means you get both the autonomy to sell and the authority to ensure we deliver.
This Job Is For You If...
- You've sold cabinet hardware or closely related products (hinges, slides, organizers, functional hardware) and know the brands
- You understand how cabinet shops and installers buy volume pricing, specs, lead times, the whole dynamic
- You've managed a book of B2B accounts and can point to the revenue growth you drove
- You've coached or mentored junior staff and your people would say you made them better
- You're comfortable owning sales targets and talking about contribution margin, not just top-line numbers
- You want to be at a stable, profitable company where your results have immediate, visible impact

- You don't have direct experience in cabinet hardware, cabinetry accessories, or building products distribution
- Your sales experience is purely retail or consumer-facing with no B2B account management
- You need a large corporate structure and dedicated support staff to be effective
- You're looking for a heavy travel role this is primarily office-based with occasional trade shows
- You think sales is just about volume and aren't interested in how pricing and margin work together
- You're not comfortable with data and analytics informing your decisions
- Remote work is a dealbreaker this role is on-site in Pompano Beach, FL
What You'll Own
Sales Pipeline & Account Growth
- Build and manage a pipeline of cabinet shops, installers, designers, and commercial accounts
- Run the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, volume bids, contract negotiation, and post-sale retention
- Own your revenue and contribution margin targets you'll have real data and clear expectations
- Prepare sales forecasts and expense budgets
- Track your performance against plan, providing actionable insights to staff and executive leadership
Marketing Collaboration & Analysis
- Collaborate with the web marketing team to optimize B2B marketing campaigns and assess ROI, continually refining lead quality and conversion rates
- Analyze ROI on sales activities and continuously improve conversion
Team Development & Recruitment
- Participate actively in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of department staff
- Help build SOPs for sales processes, pricing workflows, and account management standards
- Create product training so the team can speak confidently about our catalog to trade professionals
- Foster a culture of accountability and support within your team
Requirements
- 5+ years in cabinet hardware, cabinetry, or building products distribution in a sales or account management capacity
- B2B sales experience you've managed accounts with trade professionals (cabinet shops, contractors, installers) and grown revenue
- Margin awareness you understand how pricing, discounts, and volume deals affect contribution margin and can manage within guardrails
- Team influence you've mentored, coached, or developed staff in a sales or operations setting, even without a formal management title
- Analytical mindset comfortable with CRM tools, sales reports, and using data to guide your decisions
Strong Pluses
- Established network of contacts with commercial cabinet shops and millwork companies
- Experience at or selling to companies like Blum, Rev-A-Shelf, KV, Richelieu, Wurth, Hardware Resources, or Hafele
- E-commerce distribution experience (not just brick-and-mortar)
- Familiarity with trade shows like KBIS, IWF, or AWFS
- Bachelor's degree
