<li>Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for daily service calls</li>
<li>Use ServiceTitan to manage and update job schedules in real time</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates</li>
<li>Prioritize emergency calls and ensure timely response</li>
<li>Support technicians and management with clear, accurate communication </li>
</ul>
What Were Looking For 
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Service Dispatcher (plumbing, HVAC, or similar field)</li>
<li>Required: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software</li>
<li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Strong customer service mindset</li>
<li>Knowledge of plumbing services preferred </li>
