Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate need in our client support services for an Account Manager.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality, timely and efficient service is delivered to the client.
- Dispatches service requests and Requests For Proposals to vendors.
- Manages service requests from start to finish.
- Locate new vendors consistent with company policy.
- Reviews and approves vendor invoices.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Schedule Preventive Maintenance services with vendors and sites.
- Coordinate projects with outside vendors/contractors.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC is preferred, but not required.
- Has superior written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to establish relationships with vendors and client representatives.
- Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- This individual should be self-motivated and a quick learner.
