Why This Role Matters:
As our Outreach Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in expanding community access to mental health and responsible gaming resources through Kindbridge Research Institute's (KRI) PlayWise program. In this role, you'll build strong partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and educational institutions, lead local outreach and engagement efforts, and help connect vulnerable populations with the support they need across Florida—especially in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain partnerships with outreach partners, including community organizations, educational institutions, behavioral health providers, and healthcare professionals
- Lead outreach efforts to raise awareness of the PlayWise program and its resources across Florida
- Travel approximately 50% across Miami-Dade and Broward counties to engage with outreach partners, attend events, and provide in-person support and demonstrations
- Assist in the development of outreach materials, presentations, and educational resources tailored to different community and demographic needs
- Represent KRI at community events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and engagement of the PlayWise program
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with KRI's strategic initiatives and the goals of the PlayWise program
- Track outreach activities, measure impact, and provide reports to leadership on engagement and outcomes
- Collaborate with the programming, operations, and research teams to align engagement efforts with KRI's broader objectives
- Report directly to the Project Manager of the PlayWise program to ensure alignment with ongoing programs and outreach projects
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, communications, education, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or a related role, with a focus on working with Spanish-speaking communities in South Florida
- Bilingual in Spanish is required to effectively engage with diverse community members
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience in nonprofit or community-based outreach roles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing tools, and social media platforms
- Experience working with behavioral health initiatives is a plus
- Experience with CRM or data tracking software is a plus

Compensation:
- This role is budgeted at $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience
