We're partnering with a fast-growing company in the beauty, hair, and fashion industry that's looking to add to their inside sales and customer experience team. This is a high-energy, full-time role based in Palm Beach County-perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with product selection and sales order processing
- Respond to questions about pricing, availability, and product features
- Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues and ensure a smooth experience
- Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
- Help the sales team reach its goals by driving outbound calls and client engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or phone-based experience preferred
- Comfortable making 50+ calls per day to build relationships and support client needs
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Organized, driven, and eager to learn new products and technology
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
