Job DescriptionWe are a fast-paced automobile insurance office in Palm Beach County seeking an Insurance - Sales Support Representative to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling insurance quotes and leads, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and provide auto insurance quotes to new and existing customers
- Follow up on incoming leads via phone, email, and text
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and basic insurance needs
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in agency management systems
- Support agents with applications, documentation, and policy processing
- Handle general office administrative duties (filing, scanning, emailing, data entry)
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer service
- Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines and office procedures
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in automobile insurance
- Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a STRONG plus
