Become the Engine of Our Sales Success
Are you a NetSuite power user who loves bringing order to a fast-paced environment? Hardscape.com, the premier supplier of patented porcelain pavers and a proud member of the SiteOne Landscape Supply family, is looking for a high-performing Sales Support Representative (SSR).
Choose your base: This position can be performed primarily out of our Jupiter Headquarters or our Boca Raton Sales Center, offering you a professional environment close to home.
The Impact You’ll Make
As our SSR, you will be the backbone of our South Florida operation, supporting 4–5 Sales Representatives by managing the "Order-to-Cash" lifecycle:
- Pipeline Management: Swiftly generate accurate estimates and sales orders to keep deals moving at the speed of the construction industry.
- Platform Mastery: Act as the internal expert for NetSuite, ensuring all data entry is precise and reflects current inventory and pricing.
- Financial Liaison: Seamlessly transition approved sales orders to our accounting department for billing and ensure all sales-related paperwork is organized and compliant.
- Sales Enablement: Free up our field team to win new business by proactively managing the administrative details of their accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Software Savvy: Prior NetSuite experience is strongly preferred. If you aren't an expert yet, you must be a "fast learner" capable of mastering complex ERP workflows quickly.
- Detail Obsession: You take pride in "getting it right the first time"—from decimal points in an estimate to specific delivery instructions.
- Professionalism: You can translate field notes into professional quotes and clear instructions for our billing team.
