North Palm Beach brokerage firm is seeking an Entry-Level Client Service Representative to add to their dynamic team. This is an entry-level position and the successful candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, must have an analytical mindset and enjoy math/numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Entry-Level Client Service Representative:
· Assist with opening new accounts
· Review and process client documents and trade instructions
· Interface with Operations Dept. to ensure proper paperwork and clear instructions for accurate trade entry are available.
· Facilitate in buying and selling of deposits and withdrawals.
· Communicate & and support our Financial Advisors across the country.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (will be tested)
· Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
· Ability to learn and adapt to change.
· Desire/ability to work successfully in a small team environment.
