About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will work directly with our Executive Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, lead back-of-house staff, ensure quality control, and support the execution of a Michelin-level menu. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic opening team setting new standards in luxury dining on Miami Beach.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee kitchen operations in collaboration with Executive Chef

Supervise and train BOH team to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation

Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Assist with ordering, inventory, prep, and cost control

Lead by example during service and maintain calm under pressure

Ensure timely delivery of dishes during high-volume shifts

Contribute to menu development and specials
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook in upscale/fine dining environments

Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience

Excellent knife skills and deep knowledge of international cooking techniques

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems

Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to thrive under pressure
