Regional Sales Representative – Regenerative Medicine
Locations: Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa, FL
Base Salary: $73,000 + 10% Commission (Hybrid Role)
Reports To: Chief Sales Officer
Collaborates With: CEO, General Manager & Leadership

Position Overview
We are seeking high-performing Regional Sales Representatives to drive growth and expand our regenerative medicine footprint throughout Florida. This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about the intersection of healthcare, innovation, and business development. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians, medical practices, and clinics, introducing them to ZEO ScientifiX’s portfolio of biologic and regenerative products.
This is a hybrid role, with local field work and quarterly travel to Fort Lauderdale headquarters for meetings with senior leadership. This is a performance-driven sales position—success will be measured by your ability to generate, close, and retain business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, medical directors, and healthcare providers to increase product adoption.
- Deliver in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and clinical education.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM software to track pipelines, activity, and revenue progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer, General Manager, and CEO to align sales initiatives with company strategy.
- Participate in quarterly meetings at Fort Lauderdale HQ to review goals, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
- Represent ZEO ScientifiX at medical conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in medical, biologics, or regenerative medicine sales with proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build physician relationships and drive product adoption.
- Strong understanding of biologics or related regenerative products (Preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-discipline and accountability.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be based in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, or Tampa, with a willingness to travel regionally and quarterly to HQ.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $73,000 annually
- Commission: 10% on all qualified sales
- Performance Bonuses: Based on yearly goals and territory growth
