Job Description
Summary: The Part-Time Clinical Research Recruiter supports hiring needs across clinical sites. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of clinical research positions, including Site Directors, Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), and Research Assistants. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, understands the nuances of clinical research hiring, and can work independently with clear, consistent, communication.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Part Time Clinical Research Recruiter:
- Partners with the HR Manager and operations team to under role requirements and staffing priorities.
- Sources candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and databases.
- Posts jobs and manages listing across external and internal platforms.
- Screens applicants and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications interest.
- Coordinates interviews scheduling with internal teams and follows up with candidates.
- Sends written recruitment updates twice a week summarizing progress, pipeline status, and next steps.
- Maintains accurate tracking of candidates and communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Supports offer coordination, background checks, and other pre-employment steps as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for clinical research staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong management and self-direction in a remote or flexible work setting.
- Familiarity with ADP TotalSource application tracking systems preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
