As part of our growing team, we seek a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator to support our recruitment and HR operations. This is an entry-level opportunity with growth opportunities.
Recruitment & Candidate Management:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with relevant information.
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verifications as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Effective communication and technical writing skills are required.
- Ability to ensure net assignment gains weekly while meeting deadlines.
HR Administration:
- Support onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, work authorization documents, and respond to employee inquiries.
Client & Team Support:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR, sales, and recruitment teams, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, trade certificate, or Associate's Degree.
- Experience: Will provide training; experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and positive demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications are an advantage but not required.
