Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with questions, policy changes, billing, and coverage inquiries
• Review policies at renewal and recommend updates or additional coverage to ensure proper protection
• Support clients through the claims process with care and professionalism
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products that meet client needs
• Build lasting client relationships to support retention and agency growth
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (440 or 220)
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain coverage clearly
• Comfortable with technology, including agency management systems, email, and quoting platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Motivated to meet personal and agency sales goals while providing excellent service
• A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to helping clients protect what matters most
