Job Description
As a Utilities Technician I, II or III it will be performing maintenance and technical work to repair, install, troubleshoot and maintain full operation of equipment. We are hiring for all three levels of technician.
Working with valves, hydrants, meter boxes and wastewater components.
Use of tapping machines, pipe saws, pump parts, pneumatic tools, high pressure jetting and vac trucks.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Review and complete work orders . Document and maintain logs of all work.
Ability to work under varying climatic conditions.
Must be able to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and written.
Work on call in a rotation bases.
Required to have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must possess a valid Florida Class E Drivers License or FDOT Class B CDL.
Willing to obtain certification.
