Job Description
ESC is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to support our premier client’s Music Team in driving customer growth across LATAM, one of their fastest-growing regions. This role partners closely with Brand, Growth, Social, and Content teams to connect brands with the U.S. Hispanic music experience through strong storytelling, market insights, and data-driven execution. The role starts as a 6-month contract, working hybrid in Miami, FL.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Social, and Content teams
• Lead market research and growth analysis to identify acquisition and engagement opportunities across LATAM and US Hispanic audiences.
• Perform deep dives into acquisition, engagement, retention and funnel performance.
• Own reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews, providing clear insights and recommendations
• Support growth strategy, experimentation, and campaign optimization
Must-Have Skills (Top 3)
4. Exceptional writing skills (briefs, insights, narratives)
5. Market research experience (qualitative & quantitative)
6. Growth marketing experience with strong analytical depth
Qualifications
• 6–7 years of experience in growth marketing, consulting, or strategy
• Consulting experience preferred; past Amazon experience a plus
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to deep dive into data
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience connecting brands to cultural or audience-specific experiences
• No prior experience in Hispanic music required
