Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert recommendations.
Develop and present tailored insurance proposals, focusing on client protection and value.
Service existing client base through proactive outreach and policy reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License.
Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably with P&C lines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to help clients and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
