Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly first impression.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of OpenTable a plus but not required.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
