Job Summary
Evcor USA is a fast-growing specialty chemical manufacturer and distributor serving hospitals, universities, hotels, cruise lines, and major institutions across the U.S. We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Miami office.
Responsibilities

Oversee all daily office operations

Manage inbound communication (phone, email, mail)

Support AP/AR, invoice matching, PO tracking (QuickBooks)

Coordinate vendors, customers, and internal teams

Maintain schedules, SOPs, documents, logs, and reporting

Assist sales reps with paperwork, estimates, and follow-ups

Support logistics coordination when needed
Requirements
-
Must work on-site in Miami (not remote)

3+ years office manager/admin experience

Strong English communication

QuickBooks experience preferred
-
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Outlook

Extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
