About the Role
The 220 Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent plays a key role in both sales and client service, focusing primarily on personal lines with some commercial lines support. This position is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys building client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving business growth.

You'll manage renewals, identify new sales opportunities, and help clients find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs—all within a supportive, established agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial lines insurance policies.

· Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and accurately reviewing and updating policies.

· Proactively contact potential clients through cross-sell opportunities, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.

· Gather client risk information to recommend suitable coverage options.

· Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in the agency management system.

· Monitor transactions and account activity, ensuring adherence to agency procedures.

· Support mail, document, and administrative processes as needed.

· Collaborate with team members to maintain high client satisfaction and retention levels.

Qualifications

· Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty General Lines license required.

· Strong understanding of personal and commercial lines insurance.

· Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an existing book of business.

· Experience with agency management and comparative rating software.

· Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

· Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude.

· Full-time availability required.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary: $45,000–$55,000, plus commission and performance incentives.
