Schumacher Automotive Group is seeking a CQD Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the CQD function in support of revenue generating initiatives.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Clean a high volume of customer lists either deleting outdated, or non-working entries or verifying that all the entries on a list are still accurate for the purpose of OB Schedulers calling for revenue generating purposes to set appointments for service due/recalls/no shows.
- Verify a high volume of OB Schedulers show appointments by researching ROs and adding to spreadsheets for monthly reporting.
- Update CallRevu rosters monthly so old employees are off the rosters and new employees are on.
- Assist in handling multiple requests for service capacity changes using approved processes and procedures.
- Assist in compiling multiple weekly and monthly reports for a comprehensive overview of performance.
- Listen to the recorded calls of CQD team and forward calls to CQD Manager for training purposes.
- Check voicemail messages regularly and return calls promptly.
- Report customer complaints immediately to Manager.
- Respond professionally to coaching and supervision by actively engaging with the feedback provided, reflecting on it critically, and taking appropriate action to improve performance.
- Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Education/Requirements
- +- 6 months’ experience in Customer Quality Department.
- Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
- Demonstrated experience using Xtime, DealerFX, CDK, WiAdvisor for appointment setting/reviewing service records.
- Demonstrated experience using Text2Drive for client communication and reports.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
- Able to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
