Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare and post journal entries, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze financial records and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial statements and reports for management review.

• Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with performing bank reconciliations and addressing discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze large volumes of financial data.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
