We are looking for an Account Specialist for a 1-year contract in Coral Gables, FL to manage account enrollment processes, oversee transaction management, and provide essential support for billing operations. You are efficient with opportunities for development in a great environment.
Your Day-to-Day:

Manage account enrollments, ensuring accuracy.

Who You Are:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency in CRM software.
