Administrative Assistant
Miami Lakes, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus, possess strong administrative skills, and be proficient in QuickBooks and other computer applications. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally in English and Spanish.
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to and from Miami Lakes.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
