We’re seeking a passionate and professional 440 Licensed Agent to join our dynamic team! If
you have at least 1 year of experience, are bilingual, and thrive in a customer-first environment,
we want to hear from you.
This position focuses on Auto and Home Insurance with a strong emphasis on customer service
and client retention. If you also hold a Health Insurance license, that's a big plus.
What You'll Do:
 Provide outstanding service and support to existing and prospective clients
 Assist clients with policy inquiries, quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims
 Educate clients about coverage options and policy benefits for Auto and Home insurance
 Maintain accurate client records in compliance with industry standards
 Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish (or another second language)
 Collaborate with licensed agents and sales team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
 Active 440 Customer Representative License – Required
 1+ year of experience in personal lines insurance (auto/home)
 Bilingual – Required (English and Spanish preferred)
 Strong customer service and communication skills
 Knowledge of insurance systems and industry best practices
 Health Insurance License – a plus
 Must be available to start immediately
